Chaga is a new addition in my kitchen. Chaga is a mushroom that typically grows on birch trees in colder climates across the Northern Hemisphere. Many health benefits, stimulates and regulates our immune system, reduces inflammation, alleviates stress, lots of good stuff. I brew some in form of a tea and keep it in the fridge for 3-5 days. This little recipie will make you a nice creamy milkshake which is so delicious!

1/2 cup almond milk
1 cup chaga based tea
1 tsp kola nut powder
1 tsp maca powder
2 tsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp raw organic honey
2 tsp hemp hearts
1 tsp bee pollen
1 tsp chia seeds
Dash of cinnamon
Handful of cashews or almonds


Blend, sip, love.
