Yields 2 servings

Simple smoothie – rich in flavour.

2 large ripe bananas (fresh or frozen)

1.5 cups Almond Milk

4-6 pitted dates

2 tablespoons almond butter (If using vitamix, option to just add a handful of almonds)

Optional (maca powder, cinnamon, flax seeds)


Blend all ingredients in a blender, make sure your dates are pitted.

Sip. Serve. Smile.
